JMKBK has apartments for rent from a variety of quality landlords in Brooklyn NY.  We work primarily with large pre-war and post-war elevator buildings which are known for their spacious apartments and generous closet space, live-in supers and laundry rooms - all at affordable prices.  Home base is on the Kensington/Windsor Terrace border so that's where most of our listings are, but we rent all over Brooklyn, wherever we can find great apartments to represent.

We are in touch with 'sponsors' in Kensington and Windsor Terrace.  Sponsors used to own Coop buildings outright, but now own apartments that have never been sold - usually because rental tenants occupied them until recently.  Sponsor units are usually either unrenovated or lightly renovated (plaster patched, repainted, new cheaper appliances and cabinets, etc.) and are priced accordingly.
